Faulty stove knob

How customers will describe it : 

• Stove knob is faulty
• Yellow/orange knob does not click

What causes the issue : 

• The issue comes from the fact that the knob is defective. It might have been damaged during transportation. 

Resolution : 

• We can replace the knob if it bothers the customer and that it is still covered. As seen in the assembly instructions, in the Drive under Instructions & pièces - Toys, the whole Part A must be replaced, as the knobs come pre-assembled. Please refer to the Politique interne or the Warranty, depending on the situation.

Removable shelf

How customers will describe it : 

• Shelf falls off
• Shelf isn't properly fixed

What causes the issue : 

• This is not considered a defect. It is caused by the fact that the shelf (Part T in the assembly instructions) inside the kitchen cabinet is removable.

Resolution : 

• This situation does not compromise the full and safe use of the item, so there is no need for the customer to worry.
• If the customer prefers, they can fix the shelf themselves by screwing it in place. However, the item will be modified and therefore not under warranty.
• Their child will absolutely be able to fully enjoy their kitchen!
