Activity Walkers - Common issues

Wheels Stuck

How customers will describe it :

  • Wheels are stuck
  • Wheels keep jamming
  • Wheels won't roll
  • Child cannot push the activity walker

What causes the issue :

  • The issue can have several explanations. It is important to reassure the client and to go through the steps detailed in the resolution section with the customer to ensure to identify the issue properly in order to solve it.

Resolution :

  • Customers might have to switch some of the wheels with each other. As this item is a very minimalistic wooden toy and the wheels turn on a simple axle system, wooden parts might not all be exactly the same and therefore might fit better than others in the same spot. For example, switching the back left wheel with the front right wheel might do the trick!
  • Customers should also check that all 4 washers are in place, as detailed in the assembly instructions (available in the Drive, under Instructions & pièces - Toys). Sometimes, removing the washers on a wheel that is too tight might also give it enough space to roll around.

  • If these options do not fix the issue, the Activity Walker could be defective. If it is still under warranty, it is possible to replace it as detailed below:
    • If the Activity Walker is in stock, replace it by an Activity Walker.
    • If it is not in stock, you can issue a refund of 100% of the value of the Activity Walker paid by the customer in the order, in the form of a store-credit.
