eGift Cards issued as Store CreditsUpdated a year ago

Store Credits are issued in the form of an eGift Card. They are typically issued by Coco Village customer service as a compensation, as a resolution for a claim or as an order refund method. 

eGift Cards issued by Coco Village customer service can be redeemed as regular purchased eGift Cards, except that they may have an expiry date, which will be indicated on the Gift Card. 

eGift Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
