Can I return an item purchased with an eGift Card?Updated a year ago

Purchases made with a Coco Village eGift Card are subject to Coco Village's Return Policy. If you return an item that was paid with a Coco Village eGift Card in compliance with the Return Policy, the refund will be credited on your eGift Card and you will be able to re-use the same eGift Card number to complete a future purchase. Any funds charged to a credit card will be automatically credited to the same credit card. 

If you receive a refund on a Coco Village eGift Card and you no longer have the card, please contact our customer experience team and we will be happy to re-send you the card by email.
